The Brave New World vs. The Book of Eli .

Some things that the Brave new world have in common with the Book of Eli is the people that make up the society in the book. In Brave new world the " Gamma" makes up most of there society. And the "Gamma" are apart of the lower caste system and they also lack intelligence. As well in The book of Eli there society is also made up of people found in Brave new world ( lack intelligence and are apart of the lower caste system ). Most importantly these two titles share the same genre, dystopian genre: Brave new world people live in a dehumanized state and as well for TBE. There are many differences that seperate these two titles, which are the "people" that live in Brave new world are happy about there living conditions and not aware of how they were created, but in the Book of Eli they are not so happy about there living conditions. And tries to change that when one of the characters try to take the "Book". And also in Brave new world they see sex as a social activity,as in TBE they dont. The authors are basically saying that these people int his horroble society has no control over what kind of life they live, instead they are given a role and basically have to live it for the rest of there lives. I think the authors want to make this a dystopian genre to show us that the people that are in the story are in a dehumanized state and that it's always gone be that one character that sees different and tries to change it.
